You may submit a written request on the "Work Order" form for maint. requests - find the "Work Order" form on "FORMS" page. Drop in the mail-slot at clubhouse.
If there are issues with the natural gas on the Hidden Lake premises, please refer to the Natural Gas Awareness Plan doc, under the forms tab, for immediate response instructions.

*Set up payments using your banks Bill Pay service. Per CC&Rs, late fees/interest will be charged 10 days after due date (refer to section 17 of CC&Rs).
Account statements are by request only for any owner 2x per year. Additional requests will require a $20 process fee for each request. Hidden Lake statements are only sent out by process when there is an outstanding balance on your account.
